The battery pack and charger have injection molded plastic housing (PC/ABS) with robust outer case and structure. Injection mold tooling is necessary. The battery can be easily switched anytime and anywhere to reduce downtime. Generally, the battery pack can form part of the outer case of the finished product and usually requires a mechanical latch to hold the battery in place. A connector assembly including terminal base, metal contacts and wring harnesses can be supplied by us.
