The battery pack and charger have injection molded plastic housing (PC/ABS) with solid outer case and structure. Injection mold tooling is necessary. This solution is suitable for applications that require greater mobility, portability, power and endurance, which is commonly adopted in power tools, garden tools, vacuum cleaners, vacuum pumps, UPS, portable power station, electric vehicles, electric bikes, electric wheelchairs, concrete vibrators, cordless pressure washer, cordless blowers, work lights, electric fishing reels… The battery can be easily switched anytime and anywhere to reduce downtime.
Generally, the battery pack can form part of the outer case of the finished product and usually requires a mechanical latch to hold the battery in place. A connector assembly including terminal base, metal contacts and wring harnesses can be supplied by us.

A better way to save you development costs. No mold tooling process is required, the battery is wrapped in shrink film or vacuum formed plastic (mostly PVC). The average development cycle is 15 days. This solution is only possible if the battery is intended to be completely enclosed by the finished product. The biggest advantage is that it saves a lot of time and costs for development. Since it doesn’t require an injection molded plastic housing, it is very free and flexible in shape.
This kind of battery pack is mainly used for medical equipment, robot vacuums, electric scooters, fascia massagers, flashlights, fans, smart door locks, heated blankets, smart wear, electric surfboards, remote control cars, drones, security cameras, forehead thermometers…

Designed by RHY, with all of their intellectual property and manufacturing technology, our battery packs and chargers stand for the state-of-the-art technology available today. So far, we have successfully developed several battery platforms based on 18V (20V). In the future, we will develop more battery platforms such as 36V, 48V, 60V, 80V, etc. to meet various needs of customers from different industries.
The battery pack has built-in safety circuit for overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, short-circuit protection, individual cell monitoring, balance charging & discharging. (Note: Some of the protection features are optional.)
